This area is subject to special queue manipulation mechanics. Of the three monsters who don't drop quest items, two of them can be banished.

• The clingy pirate can be banished for 20 turns by using a cocktail napkin against it in combat.
• The chatty pirate can be banished for 20 turns in the Chatterboxing choice adventure.
