- This item appeared in players' inventories the next morning if they had seen the To the Rescue stupor adventure, available by adventuring in a St. Sneaky Pete's Day Stupor on St Sneaky Pete's Day IV. The adventure would only occur if they were wielding a cheap plastic bottle opener.
