Hobopolis skills

Several skills are only available via Hobopolis drops. Hobos drop two items per zone that grant combat skills, with a cost of 30 or 120 MP per use, but do extensive damage.

Zone minibosses drop Accordion Thief songs that are heavily restricted:

• The buff is limited to 200 turns/day
• The recipient must be level 15 or higher
• The caster must be an Accordion Thief

Hodgman drops 4 journals, each granting a passive skill:
