You're fighting a hung-over half-orc hoboIn the Sleazy Back Alley, you trip over a hungover half-orc hobo. He grabs his head in pain, staggers to his feet, and glares at you with two blood-shot eyes. Looks like it's time to get ill.
Actually, considering the ground behind him, it looks like he beat you there.
