- Equipping the august scepter gives you access to the following non-combat skills. Each skill can only be used once per day. You can use 5 skills per day, and outside HC/Ronin you can additionally cast the skill corresponding to the current day (Arizona time), though there seems to be a bug that counts the today's skill against the limit if it's cast in the first 5.
