This is a phone used by the Mob Penguin Sopranos to call in thug penguins to do their bidding. And much like in a combination auction-house and kickboxing arena, their bidding is typically extremely violent.

The phone rings a couple of times, but then you hear what sounds like a clap of thunder, and it disconnects. Crazy weather. or The voice on the other end says "Guino, can you hear me? This storm is causing all kindsa interference. Can you hear me now? Good." or You hear mostly static, but catch the words "... Tony? Tony, (static) -at you? We're bein' overrun down here. We (static) 'em off -- can't let (static) -et to the core!" or You hear nothing but crackling and popping. "Aww, snap," you think to yourself. |

- Formerly dropped at The Icy Peak during the Penguin Mafia era, also dropped in the Icy Peak in The Recent Past during the Temporal Rift era.

- The "where are we/mists" text is a reference to the episode of The Sopranos "Pine Barrens" where Paulie and Chris get lost in the woods while chasing a Russian mobster.
- "Prank caller! Prank Caller!" is a quote from the scene in Pulp Fiction, during which Vincent Vega calls his heroin connection, telling said connection he's coming to his home with a girl who's overdosed. Vincent's connection yells, "Prank caller, prank caller!" presumably in a half-assed attempt to throw the police off in case they were listening.
