You've already got one of those flyers taped to you. You wouldn't want to seem like you were trying too hard.

• The next successful attack from an underwater encounter after the item usage will result in following (instead of actually hitting):

The <skate> tries to hit you, but notices the S.A.V.E. flyer taped to you. Enraged, it tears it off of you and rips it to pieces.

• If The Skate Park has not yet been unlocked, this item does not do anything useful.
