This is the secret tropical island volcano lair for the Nemesis quest as a Turtle Tamer.
- First visit:
You row around the island for a bit to survey the landscape. For the most part, it's just featureless jungle, but you spot some kind of stone fortification built up against the side of the volcano, and further walled in with chain-link fence. As you drag your rowboat up onto the beach, you spot someone hiding (not very successfully) in the bushes near the compound.
After getting the whip from the guy in the bushes, you need to equip it and tame six guard turtles (the French ones with the funny hat). If you are on a bad moon run, the untamed turtle is invaluable for blocking their attacks while you use the taming skill from the whip.
