It takes a little while to notice the Manor, but once you do, you'll find that it's located in Seaside Town on the Right Side of the Tracks. Once you've ventured inside, you'll find that its denizens are anything but well-mannered. In fact, be you man or woman, this place is downright scary! But persevere, and you might just learn something new.
Once your teeth stop chattering like castanets, you will find (in order of increasing stat requirements):
- The Haunted Pantry (no stat requirement)
- The Haunted Kitchen (main stat = 5)
- The Haunted Conservatory (main stat = 6)
- The Haunted Billiards Room (main stat = 10)

References
- Several of the rooms in the manor (i.e. the Conservatory, Kitchen, Billiards Room, and Library) refer to the board game Clue (known in parts of the world as Cluedo).
- The manor is probably a reference to the game Betrayal at House on the Hill as the entry foyer and many of the rooms greatly resemble the board layout. One of the playable characters is named Raven.
- The first KoL-related appearance of Spookyraven Manor was in in the 2005 KoL Con Carne event, where it was a zone filled with vampire stereotypes. Originally, "Spookyraven" was coined to make fun of a character played by Almus in a Vampire: the Masquerade LARP.
- "Spookyraven" is a possible reference to Ravenloft, a TSR Dungeons and Dragons world that revolves around vampires. It could also reference the Edgar Allen Poe poem in which a spooky raven plays a large part.
