Since the Canadians know a lot aboot magic, they have created The Institute for Canadian Studies in Little Canadia to allow adventurers to raise their Mysticality. Here, you can train your Mysticality more effectively than you can at A Shelf Full of Arcane Tomes and Whatnot in the Clan Rumpus Room.
Each adventure spent here results in between (M/10)+2 and (M/5)+5 Enchantedness, where M is base Mysticality.

| The Institute For Canadian Studies is securely locked and shuttered. The windows are surrounded by fallen zombies in various states of being-on-fire and head-blown-off, proving that there is a definite limit to a Canadian wizard's politeness. Probably best just to steer clear. |
