You're fighting a War Hippy Fire SpinnerThis hippy is twirling two flaming bags of something, which are at the end of two long strings. It's actually kind of impressive -- it's like watching a really good yo-yo trick, only with the possibility of charred flesh and burnt dreadlocks.

He drinks a litte kerosene and spits fire at you. Remember that time when you had eyebrows? Yeah, that time has passed. Argh! Oof! Ugh! Ugh! Oof! (hot damage)
He smacks you upside the <solar plexus> with one of the flaming bags. Yeowch! Eek! Ouch! Argh! Ugh! Argh! (hot damage)
His flaming bags go out, but he can still garotte you with the string. And he does. Ugh! Argh! Ooh! Eek! Oof!
He spins the flaming bags in front of his face, lights a cigarette with them, then puts it out on your arm. That was a little overly complex. Ouch! Eek! Eek! Argh! Oof! (hot damage)
He swings both bags around behind his head, then in two wide arcs that go right upside your <solar plexus>. Whatever's in the bags smells terrible, and the fire doesn't exactly tickle. Eek! Oof! Ooh! Ugh! Eek! (hot damage)
He drinks a little kerosene and spits fire at you, but gets the hiccups and ends up losing his eyebrows.
His flaming bags go out and he has to douse them in lighter fluid again.
He swings the flaming bags in between his legs, then accidentally gets one string wrapped around his ankle, then trips and has to roll to put the fire out. All in all, it's highly entertaining. (FUMBLE!)
The fire spinner swings both poi at you at the same time, tangling them all around you. Your clothes go up in flames pretty much immediately.
