- This outfit allows you to get the Brimstone Heart Tattoo from the Pretentious Artist.
- All totaled up, you will get a +90% buff to all stats while wearing this outfit. This makes it better than the Unblemished Uniform and slightly better than the Transparent Trappings, but is weaker than Clothing of Loathing.
- This outfit has an additional effect even if you are not wearing all distinct brimstone components; for n = number of distinct brimstone pieces worn, the effect appears to be (2n)% +item, (2n)% +meat, and (2n) +ML. These effects will apply even when wearing only one piece of Brimstone equipment.
