- This outfit allows you to get the Brimstone Heart Tattoo from the Pretentious Artist.
- All totaled up, you will get a +90% buff to all stats while wearing this outfit. This makes it better than the Unblemished Uniform and slightly better than the Transparent Trappings, but weaker than Clothing of Loathing (but has a spare Accessory slot to compensate). Additionally, the outfit gives:
- This outfit has an additional effect even if you are not wearing all distinct brimstone components; for n = number of distinct brimstone pieces worn, the effect appears to be (2n)% +item, (2n)% +meat, and (2n) +ML. These effects will apply even when wearing only one piece of Brimstone equipment.
