History
- Prior to the PVP revamp of 2012, this was a non-combat usable item.
- Created white picket fences at your campsite (each fence used would add one to your campsite total, up to a maximum of nine).
- Prior to June 26, 2007, used to zap into the barbed-wire fence.
- It used to have the following use messages.
