This thing dropped for me from The Ghost of Fernswarthy's great great... great grandfather on basement level 218. I'm thinking it can drop from anything at a very low drop rate? --Mco (talk) 14:28, 7 July 2013 (UTC)

It just dropped again from the ghost of an even greater grandfather (basement level 284). My new guess is that it drops from certain very old monsters. NOTE: i am not spading, just reporting what i encounter/think--Mco (talk) 10:00, 15 July 2013 (UTC) EDIT: it might be important to know that my clan does NOT have a hot dog stand.
