I'm wondering how the Money-Making Goblin works with the nun quest. Anyone at that point?--Blood panther 05:11, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

The Goblin takes quest meat (you essentially waste a turn if he loses), whereas the Pig meat is calculated separately and goes to you. --FurQ 14:42, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

(With my familiar being named 00000010)

itemimages/egg.gif	00000010 changes into an Egg Benedict.
00000010 wobbles back and forth a little. //every round
00000010 stabs you in the back. //end of combat
You lose 1,032 hit points. //0.5*maxHP

itemimages/mmgoblin.gif	00000010 changes into a Money-Making Goblin.
00000010 grabs X Meat and quickly rushes off toward the Thatch-Roofed Casino. A few minutes later, he trudges back with a disappointed look on his face. //end of combat, X=meat drop
00000010 grabs X Meat and quickly rushes off toward the Thatch-Roofed Casino. A few minutes later, he runs back to you with a big grin on his face. //end of combat, X=meat drop
		You gain 2*X Meat

itemimages/bankpig.gif	00000010 changes into a Bank Piggy.
00000010 takes 100 Meat from you. //each round
		You lose 100 Meat.
00000010 returns your Meat to you, with interest! Like, he's interested in the process. And also your Meat has earned interest. //end of combat
		You gain X Meat. //X=(1.05*stolen)

itemimages/larva.gif	00000010 changes into a Worm Doctor.
00000010 isn't a real doctor, but he manages to patch you up a little bit anyway. //occasionally during combat
You gain X hit points. //30-60? some function of max HP?
00000010 is interested in things. Right now, he seems to be interested in treating your opponent's wounds. Why that treacherous little... worm! //occasionally during combat

itemimages/nopic.gif	00000010 changes into a Plastic Grocery Bag.
00000010 blows around in the breeze. It's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen.
00000010 gets caught in a tree. "Yep," you think to yourself, "There's that bag."
00000010 makes crinkling noises as it gets chased around by a cat.
00000010 just sits there being unsafe for children.

itemimages/hare2.gif	00000010 changes into an Oyster Bunny.
00000010 hops around sniffing at things. //first round?
00000010 makes a soft clucking noise. //every round after?
00000010 clucks and lays an egg. //end of combat
You acquire an item: an oyster egg //I've recieved:
			mauve plastic
			off-white paisley
			lavender plastic
			mauve polka-dot
			lavender striped

itemimages/lower_e.gif	00000010 changes into a Floating Eye.
00000010 gazes into your opponent's eyes, paralyzing him //every round

itemimages/jubjubbird.gif	00000010 changes into a Vampire Bat.
The Vampire Bird stabs your opponent in hiss ass, dealing X damage. //X=120, 124
The Vampire Bird casts your opponent into the lake of burning fire. Your opponent is burning to the crisp, taking Y damage. //(hot), Y=151,159
The Vampire Bird sucks the blood out of you, killing you. Well, not killing you, just hurting you.
		You lose 15 hit points.
The Vampire Bird gains 15 experience

itemimages/nopic.gif	00000010 changes into a Snowhitman.
00000010 jumps on your opponent and smothers him, dealing X damage. //(cold), X=168,189
00000010 pops a silenced cap in your opponent, dealing Y damage. //Y=180,

after combat: 00000010 reverts to his original form.
runaway: 00000010 reverts to an amorphous blob

These are my observations. --TimRem 05:25, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Notes

If you lose because of 30 combat rounds, the Bank Piggy doesn't give you the money back. The worm doesn't heal you if you are at full health. Some things to spade, besides damage ranges:

  • Bank Piggy:
    • What happens if you don't have 100 meat?

(I can confirm that if you have less than 100 meat, he takes that amount, and if you have zero meat, he doesn't act at all)--Puppy528 08:33, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

    • Do you get your meat back after a loss?
  • Money-Making Goblin:
    • What happens if the monster doesn't drop meat? (the familiar doesn't act at all at the end of combat in this case)--Puppy528 08:36, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
    • Interaction with Nuns sidequest?
  • Egg Benedict:
    • Is there any way to prevent taking damage besides running away from the combat?
  • Plastic Grocery Bag:
    • Anything?
  • Floating Eye:
    • Trigger for paralyzing you instead of your opponent?

Seems like, as these are full familiars (sort of), they ought to have their own pages. Though that would require updating the template... Hmm. --TechSmurf 05:40, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Kittycore break

I've just started a kittycore run. Does anyone know if participating in a familiar-changing combat adventure today will break my 100% black cat usage? I'm very reluctant to use any adventures at all without knowing.--Bovius 15:05, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
