Shirt Drops
The text says, "Until this skill has been learned, monsters will generally not drop shirts." Is there any case where they do, or should we change it to " . . . monsters don't drop shirts"? Eran of Arcadia 14:22, 27 March 2008 (CDT)

It isn't the in-game description, but I can't think of any case where monsters drop shirts without awaregness. --CG1:t,c,e 18:51, 29 March 2008 (CDT)

I think that the effect description is misleading. It says it allows you to buy shirt kits from the meatsmith, but, I can do that right now in BM even though it is a skill not currently available to me. I do have it HP'd. I don't know whether this is worth noting, but, I thought I should mention it. P4n1q 09:53, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
- That you have it HP'd doesn't matter in Bad Moon; however, the skill IS available to you in Bad Moon from the adventure in the Spooky Forest. You probably got it while adventuring there without realizing it; and that's not an empty accusation--I have gotten a lot of things by powergaming through an area without paying attention to what I'm doing/fighting. Lost five or six semi-rare opportunities that way.--Lukarnis 15:04, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
Thought I'd record a few things, after the Torso revamp that brought in Melvign. I'm in a HC Zombie run, so no Torso. A few days ago, I did get a midriff scrubs from dumpster diving in the Hidden Park, which then dropped Melvign's letter when I tried to equip the unfamiliar type of garment. (I have not yet done the quest.) In the same run, I just fought the Bad ASCII Art SR and did not get the shirt, and used a Warm Subject cert and only got Meat. --Terion (talk) 06:21, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
