I was using the Crackpot Mystic as a template, but someone reverted it back.

Duplicated list

Currently, the list of craftable items is duplicated on this page and the page on Toymaking. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it deserves a mention, and quite possibly, one of the lists should be removed. I created the toymaking page because there was some other information of note that really wouldn't fit on this one (ie. date of item release), and because, as a "crafting type", I feel it really should have it's own article (see: Supertinkering). --Aardvark (Talk | Contribs) 05:27, 22 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)

  • I don't see a problem with the lists being on both pages. They appear in the Mobile Home ingame, but the Toymaking page is a bit more explanatory, rather than just duplicating in-game appearance. --jin 11:00, 22 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)
  • Same here - I see it parallel to The Gift Shop and Bashy's Gift Shop... but maybe we can clean up a little in the end and make the links between them more descriptive. --NewZorkBat 02:55, 23 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)

Unknown Toys

I think it is funny that not only did someone else try to get UC to make other stuff (before he remembered all the toys I tried to build some of the missing ones), but that the message he gives when you try: "I don't know how to make that." is included here. --Club 17:00, 27 December 2005 (Central Standard Time)

Crimbo 2006

Since the mobile home has now replaced the monster truck, should we add the new info for its latest appearence since it is different. For example, the toy making text is now

You hand the parts to Uncle Crimbo. He tinkers around with them for a while, then says "Here ya go, kid. Have... er... fun with this, I guess."

Should the new info go here, over on the Linnea's Monster Truck page (someone has already added some text there in the Notes section) or should it get a new page? -- Tanstaafl 13:42, 26 December 2006 (CST)

  • I think we could create a new page for now, [[Uncle Crimbo's Mobile Home (Crimboween)]] for example, as long as we have the information somewhere. If someone comes up with a better article for it, it can always be moved. --Lime 14:31, 26 December 2006 (CST)

Should we call this years toymaking "Sinister Toymaking" just so we have a reference to the year, and since the Sinister Dodecahedron is here?--Duff 23:21, 12 December 2007 (CST)

I've ascended since last Crimbo so I don't have any quest-item parts, but does Uncle Crimbo recognize them (e.g. the big leaf) and let you make things with them? --Itsatrap 00:08, 13 December 2007 (CST)

Yes, he will make the old stuff with previous Crimbo items.--Feliks 04:39, 13 December 2007 (CST)

  • Including old quest items? --Itsatrap 01:26, 14 December 2007 (CST)

It appears that you cannot make the pet rock with the Crimboween requirements. I have an evil googly eye and a spooky wooden block and the pet rock isn't an option he'll build.--Ketaped 09:07, 13 December 2007 (CST)

I have Uncle Crimbo saying "Good job, kid! I knew everyone else was wrong about you when they said you were no good. Now, let's see what I can make with these parts:" today before defeating Father Crimbo and without any past items. New message? Or is it just me? --Meh 64 12 19:42, 24 December 2007 (CST)

Candycaine powder also trades, but I don't recall what I got for it. LizardKing 18:32, 18 December 2011 (CET)
I merged in my stuff with the table (above). It seems that NPC-purchaseable are 1, common Halloween are 5, Halloween outfit are 25, and then higher values for uncommon candies. --Itsatrap 22:43, 18 December 2011 (CET)

Message without candy

I'm not getting the stated message for visiting Uncle Crimbo with no candy. I'm not sure whether it's because it goes away after you beat Big Candy, because it only displays if you haven't made a trade for credits before, or something else though.--Notsupposedtobehere 19:16, 21 December 2011 (CET)
