Ok, this is only somewhat related, but one of my van keys apparently belonged to a cannibal, as i got two good brains.
Although unconfirmed, a clannie reports getting hi meins from these before, so epic-tier drops might occur.--Volc (talk) 21:04, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
