Just like only a diamond is hard enough to cut a diamond, only depleted Grimacite is heavy enough to shape depleted Grimacite -- hence this hammer, which is made of depleted Grimacite. Which I guess raises the question: how did they make the first one?

Notes
- It is not possible to smith this item unless you have read the plans for depleted Grimacite hammer -- otherwise, you will receive the following message:
- It seems like that should work... but it doesn't.
- Pulverizes into a chunk of depleted Grimacite.
- Breaks after being used two to three times in a day for smithing depleted grimacite items with the message, "The stress of your pounding is too much for your grimacite hammer, which shatters into pieces."
- The useage counter is reset at rollover; a hammer can safely smith one item a day, in a similar manner to zapping.
- The value of X depends on the phase of Grimace. Calculate the number of dark segments of Grimace as indicated here. X will be equal to 5 times this value.
