Man! This belt sure makes you mad all the time! Probably it's because the horns on the buckle keep poking you in the gut.
I guess it could also be some kind of witch's curse, put on it as revenge against a knight or other noble that kicked her off her land, so she cursed him so he'd be super ticked-off all the time and therefore unable to govern properly and would probably die in a war or something.
I'm pretty sure it's just the pointy horns though.
