This is a turtle who lost his job, lost his home, and took to riding the rails. Or at least living inside a tiny boxcar instead of a shell.

Notes
- You receive either ten of a random item, or 5-7 other tamed turtles (excluding hedgeturtle, turtlemail/snailmail bits, and any new turtles introduced in the revamp), when used. The chance of getting the turtles is about 10%.
- The random item will be one of the following, each seeming to be equally likely:

- decorative fountain
- hobo nickel
- ice-cold six-pack
- MSG
- Newbiesport™ tent
- snorkel
- spices
- taco shell
- wooden figurine
History
- Boxcar turtles briefly became unobtainable with the introduction of the Turtle Taming revamp on July 15, 2014. They became obtainable again on August 6.
