This is a heart made of candy canes. It's more durable than a heart of glass, more festive than a heart of darkness, and not quite as serious as a heart attack. It's the perfect way to say "I love you," or "Happy Crimbo," or some combination of those two sentiments.

Notes
- This item's [use] command opens a "Send a Peppermintgram" interface. Players can send someone a five-line message, with up to six characters per line on the first three lines and up to four characters on the final two lines. This operates similarly to the personalized coffee mug and Candy Hearts.
- The recipient gets a message with a large heart image containing the specified text.

- "Heart of Glass" is a 1979 song by Blondie. It is also an earlier film by Werner Herzog but it is unlikely (although not impossible) that this is referenced here.
- "Serious as a heart attack" is a saying meaning that something is very serious indeed.
