When Used

	You hurl the hula hoop at your opponent. It lands on his neck and spins in a circle, simultaneously strangling and beating him for 2000-6000 damage. Also, you win a kewpie doll.

Notes

• The Negative Status Attacks are negative effects sometimes acquired when fighting certain monsters, such as the apathetic lizardman, acid blob and tomb asp.

• The description makes reference to The Hudsucker Proxy.
• The line about the kewpie doll is a reference to the carnival game of ring toss. You don't actually get a kewpie doll item.
