Curiously Shiny Ancient Evil-Bashing Axe
This is an ancient, thousand-year-old weapon for smiting evildoers. Curiously, it looks pretty freshly polished, and seems to be machine-tooled out of chrome, and has a pinewood handle that’s practically still oozing sap. But, y'know, maybe it’s just incredibly well-preserved.

- This is very likely a reference to the Slayer's Scythe in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. It is notable for being very shiny, despite its presumed ancient heritage.
- The axe could be curiously shiny for the same reason as George Washington's is.
- The plural is likely a reference to the phrase "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle" made famous by Gloria Steinem, the ancient wise woman.
