Designer sweatpants
These sweatpants are as fancy as it's possible for sweatpants to be. From their tactical velour undergirding to their carbon fiber racing stripes, these bad boys just scream "ATHLEISURE" at whoever you're next to in line at the discount burger place.
Your sweatpants are currently X% sweat-logged.

Sweat
Sweatiness starts at 0% and caps at 100%, but does not reset on rollover. Sweatiness% increases at the end of any resolved combat (win/lose/run away), by 2% in "normal temperature" zones, 3% in "hot" zones, and 1% in "cold" zones:
- That was quite a workout!
- You get 2% Sweatier.
- It's really hot here!
- You get 3% Sweatier.
- It's pretty chilly here, but that was still a decent workout.
- You get 1% Sweatier.
If the pants are maximally sweaty:
- Your pants are as sweaty as they can get!
Sweat improves stats and can be spent on the following skills:
Skill | Cost | Type | Effect |
---|---|---|---|
Sweat Flick | 1 | Combat | Deal 1 Sleaze Damage per percent Sweaty you are |
Sweat Spray | 3 | Combat | Deal 8-12 Sleaze Damage every round for the rest of the fight |
Sweat Flood | 5 | Combat | Stun an enemy for 5 rounds |
Sip Some Sweat | 5 | Noncombat | Restore 50 MP |
Sweat Sip | 5 | Combat | Restore 50 MP |
Drench Yourself in Sweat | 15 | Noncombat | Gives Effect: Slippery and Speedy (5 Adventures) (+100% Combat Initiative) |
Sweat Out Some Booze | 25 | Noncombat | Restore 1 Liver Capacity (3x / day) |
Make Sweat-Ade | 50 | Noncombat | Produces sweat-ade |
The stats are increased following sqrt(sweatiness), not linearly (this needs better formatting):
Muscle, Mysticality and Moxie +5+2S, up to +25
Damage Reduction: 5+S, up to 15
Hot Resistance (+1+S/2), up to (+6)
+10+5S Sleaze Damage and Damage to Sleaze Spells, up to +60
Where S = floor(sqrt(sweatiness)).
- For everything except hot resist, the thresholds are equal to square roots up to 100. For hot resist, you need the following sweatiness% to get 1 additional hot resistance.
1 resist (default) | 2 resist | 3 resist | 4 resist | 5 resist | 6 resist |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
0 | 4 | 16 | 36 | 64 | 100 |
