Dungeon Fist!/3/0

- The first time:
You cautiously make your way down the corridor until it comes to an archway. Your stomach roars from extreme hunger. You frantically shush it before a monster hears.
Peeking cautiously through the archway, you discover the room to be filled with angry tormented spirits (and half a dozen or so little piles of bones).
Okay, well, on reflection, maybe they're not tormented all that much? I mean they're ghosts, they just look like floaty gray sheets really, so it's difficult to determine their actual state of mind. There's quite a lot of them, though -- nearly thirty, give or take. So this is probably going to suck.

- You quickly uncork the glowing blue flask, and chug the contents. Instantly, your hair stands on end, and your eyes glow bright blue (although you can't actually see that because, well, it's your eyes. Trust me, though, it looks awesome.) With a scream of rage, you unleash a burst of raw magical power -- the ghosts explode in bursts of splattering ectoplasm and shrieks of pain, and the piles of bones shatter into tiny fragments that spray across the floor. As the blue glow fades, you enjoy a moment of smug satisfaction.

- After killing the ghosts if you have not already shot the food:
You search through the wreckage and rubble for a bit -- since this room is a dead-end, there must be something worth having in here. After a while, you turn up another one of those shiny brass keys. That's pretty good. Not amazing, but fair.
Suddenly, in the flickering torchlight, you see something out of the corner of your eye, and spin around, hurling an axe at your hidden enemy. There is a smash of broken crockery and a sort of liquid noise.
SOMEONE SHOT THE FOOD!
bellows the invisible voice. What the... you kneel and inspect the fragments of the large pottery jar, emblazoned with the classic XXX markings of high-octane liquor. Dammit! As hungry as you are, and to go and do something like that! Stupid, stupid, stupid!
I mean, booze doesn't actually satisfy your hunger, but at least you wouldn't have cared as much. You make a mental note to be more careful next time, and turn back to the northern door.
- After killing the ghosts if you already shot the food:
Then, in the flickering torchlight, you see something out of the corner of your eye, and spin around, ready to fight. A large round object squats in the corner, but it doesn't seem immediately threatening, so you move up for a closer look.
It turns out to be another large XXX-labeled booze jug, like the one you smashed before! Hallelujah! You grab the handle and drain the jug in a single powerful quaff. Now your stomach at least has something in it, even if it isn't actually food. That should keep you going for a little while longer.
Speaking of "going", it looks like the only exit here is back to the north.
