You study the map and spread the information to all your fellow Elf sympathizers.

Or, if an invasion map is already in effect:

You don't need this right now, the pirates already have a map of the current elven defenses.

Notes

• Adds an extra Piece of 12 drop to every Crimbuccaneer enemy if any player has used one:

Based on the invasion map, you realize that this pirate should have some more pieces of 12 stashed somewhere. You find it hidden in their booty.

You acquire an item: Crimbuccaneer piece of 12

• Using it is announced in the /crimbo chat channel:

CBC Radio: <playername> has developed a strategic plan, ensuring maximum monetary plunder for all those fighting the pirates.

• When 60 minutes have passed since the previous map was used:

CBC Radio: The pirates have changed their strategy, and the strategic plan is no longer yielding additional rewards.

• The message for when a map is already in use is erroneously the one for the pirates.

History

• The function preventing a map from being used when one was already in effect was added in January 2024. Previously, it would just start a new 60 minute timer every time one was used.
