giant spider You're fighting a giant spider

You push aside some of the larger webs and are confronted by an array of glowing green eyes. Unsuprprisingly, they are attached to a huge black fat hairy spider. How huge? Well, lessee... it's bigger than a breadbox, but smaller than a Sherman tank. I guess that makes it about as big as a VW Bug. Yeah, about that big.

Hit Message(s):

Krakrox dodged to the side as the spider lunged at him, but the beast gashed his arm with its fangs. The barbarian winced at the burning pain. Ooh! Ooh! Eek! Ugh! Ow! Ow! Eek!

The giant spider pins you down with its front legs, and fangs you. For the memories. Ugh! Ugh! Eek!

The spider catches your leg with a strand of webbing, and catches your <foot> with its fangs. Ooh! Eek!

Critical Hit Message:

The spider sinks its fangs deep into your skull. And out the other side. That is probably going to leave a scar. Ugh! Eek!

Miss Message(s):

The spider shoots some webbing at you, but you quickly dodge out of the way.

The spider spins an elaborate web, which has letters in it reading "SOME PIG". What it means to achieve by this is anyone's guess.

The spider lunged at Krakrox, but he dove forward and rolled underneath the legs of the monstrosity.

Fumble Message:

The spider lunges at you, but trips over its own legs. (FUMBLE!)

After Combat
Pulling strands of sticky webbing from your hair and clothes, you decide to head out of the city for a bit, to take a breather.
You gain 22-23 <substat>.
