Somehow, the combination of a big rock and a hot buttered roll has produced this living, beating heart. It's sort of gross, actually.

- This item became smithable at NS13. It used to be meatpasted.
- Formerly smithed from a big rock and a hot buttered roll, and smithable with a stolen accordion to create the Rock and Roll Legend. These recipes were removed in the 2015 update to the Epic Weapon quest.
