This is a sauce made from gravel and jabañero pepper juice. It's heavy, and it's hot. That's why it's called "heavy hot sauce."

- Although this item does not show up on the list of cooking ingredients, it technically is a cooking ingredient as part of the recipe for hot stuffing.
- This item became smithable at NS13. It used to be meatpasted.
- Formerly smithed from a big rock and a jabañero pepper, and smithable with a saucepan to create the 5-Alarm Saucepan. These recipes were removed in the 2015 update to the Epic Weapon quest.
