This is the larva of a mosquito. It's very tiny, but with some tender loving care (and perhaps a terrarium,) it could develop into a full-fledged mosquito.

When Used
If used before visting the council:

| You start to put the larva in your terrarium, but then remember that the Council wanted it. |
After visiting the council:

| You put the mosquito larva in your Familiar-Gro™ Terrarium. |
| It hatches into a beautiful baby mosquito. |
|
| You decide to name him Frudolph. |
