This is a beer tab from back in the day, when men were men, and beer was beer, and you were as likely as not to fatally cut yourself when opening a beer if you were insufficiently manly.

Notes
- Damage continues for the rest of combat.
- Was previously named "old-school beer pull tab", with a hyphen. This was changed some time around January 30, 2017 to line up with other items like the old school Mafia knickerbockers.
