This is a little shortbread cookie with a chess piece on it -- a queen. Did you know that if you eat the queen from a box of cookies, another cookie will spontaneously evolve to become the new queen?
Since January 1, 2018, the Queen cookie like other level 13+ consumables may no longer be consumed in Hardcore/Ronin.
For those of you who don't play chess, a queen, in spite of this cookie granting Knightlife, only moves like a bishop or rook, not like a knight.

The description refers to the life cycle of queen bees in a hive: if the queen dies, recently hatched larvae are covered with royal jelly so they will grow into a new queen.
The consumption text "Let you eat cookie!" is a reference to the famous quote, "Let them eat cake," commonly attributed to (who else?) a famed queen, Marie Antoinette.
