This is a bottle of sticky-sweet malt liquor. Its primary claim to fame is it's so gross that the frat orcs have a game where you force other people to drink it. We're sure you'll figure out the rules amongst yourselves.

- The recipe for this item must be learned from the April Shower.
- You do not need Advanced Cocktailcrafting to craft this.
- One of these is needed to get the reward while Trick-or-Treating with the Cold Comforts outfit. Otherwise you'll just get 1 Drunkenness.
