Server Spiders

The Kol server went down. Further inspection showed that spiders invaded the server. Going to the website yielded the nightly maintenance window. After a period of two hours this window was changed to a different one which explained the situation. The game went back up half an hour later. The system then put this message into kol chat.
"System Message: Don't panic."
"System Message: There's a big spider at the data center who will only lay eggs in the server if you panic."
Announcement: After a sudden and unexpected several hour break, the servers are back to servin'. Sorry for the inconvenience.
System Message: Jick 'n' Skully will be on Radio KoL in 30 minutes. Post comments/questions in the forum thread, or send 'em to radiobugbear via chat PM.

It would appear that the spiders are fighting back against Jick and co. The servers have gone down. Right now it's mainly just Jick because everyone's sleeping.
Announcement: Another day, another catastrophic unexpected bout of downtime. We are back, but be gentle. Things might be a little bumpy.
This is day 2. We go on kol and find this message.
- In the middle of the night, the primary database server saw the secondary one enjoying its time with the spiders, and said "I gotta get me some of those!"
- We're doing another data migration -- this one we're doing the proper way, so it's taking a little longer than the last one.
