Notes

Only one haiku katana skill can be used per equipped sword per battle.
Bonus Percent Weapon Damage does not have any effect on this skill.
The amounts of HP and MP restored are independent and both based around the formula: 10%-20% of Weapon Power + sqrt(Bonus Weapon Damage), with a +/- 20% variance.
An average of 14.64 HP and MP will be restored when using just the haiku katana in your main hand and no other modifiers, with a range of 8-24.
