Can I add images to the table, or will it only add to the size of the page and slow people down? What do people think? I'll wait a while for a decent reply before I commit to such a change. --Cpryd001 23:26, 19 July 2007 (CDT)

- For consistency, we'd have to do the same to the weapons tables, and it might get a little cramped unless you play with the widths a bit to ensure the Notes column doesn't cramp. I personally wouldn't like adding images to tables in this series because some are the pages are quite long already and another column makes them harder to maintain, but many of the Wiki's editors seem to be pushing towards a more pic-heavy format. --Bagatelle 17:56, 20 July 2007 (CDT)

- Personally, I wouldn't mind executing such a task. As a hobby, I like to draw various pieces of Jick's artwork anyways - so grabbing the images and tacking them into the tables wouldn't be difficult. My biggest concern is size. When does a article become too big? The accessory table is going to have about 100+ images tacked onto there. Does seeing it graphically enhance a reader's experience in knowing more about the items? --Cpryd001 00:11, 22 July 2007 (CDT)
- I don't think it does enhance the reader's experience. This series of pages, as a complete equipment list, is a akin to an index at the end of a reference book, in my opinion. I do like pictures in the store pages, because then it mimics what happens in-game, and also provides an extra visual cue to ensure readers are seeing what they're expecting. On length, the equipment lists are among the longest pages of the Wiki. On server load, a non-representative sample of one image
has a size of 400b, and multiplied by 100, effectively adds 50% to the amount of data to be downloaded (and that's just for the accessories; imagine the weapons, which have almost 300 items). But as I said above, a lot of others are pushing to make the Wiki more visual. It'd sure be nice if more than two people would discuss this... --Bagatelle 09:04, 22 July 2007 (CDT)

I do believe that the page is free of off hand items, input? --MisterRussia 04:48, 27 February 2006 (CST)
- Looks good to me; I removed the request for content. --Cor nocae 03:22, 18 May 2006 (CDT)
