Man, these things are almost impossible to get! 100 adventures without a key so far!

I think you may need Powers of Observatiogn to receive them. It may also be the case that you need it for flanges as well.

You don't need Powers of Observatiogn to get Flanges. See the Discussion Page on Flanges. It is probable, though, that you do need Powers of Observatiogn to get a Clockwork Key. I think we should include a translation of the Spanish in the Article. "Yo tengo" means I have. The other part means "I have a key." But, I don't know what "Aqui" means. Sounds like "water" or something.

The first line where you mix English and Spanish translates to "I have (in spanish) a key (in English)." The fully Spanish line means "I have a key. Here. (In Spanish)" The word "aquí" is placed in there since it is pronounced like "a key" in English, thus still having the key sound in there~

You don't need Powers of Observatiogn to get anything, it just increases your chances. I got seven clockwork keys without that skill. My guess is that it just needs a restrictively specific RNG no. That's why they're so rare even with a massive amount of item-boosting stuff.
