It's a bit late to be creating fancy new pages, but I can at least log in some information here:

Using the item in combat gives you a sample based on the monster's type. You can get an effect from that type. Here's some examples I recorded:

Human-Beast Hybrid

You're part human, part beast. I hope you were a beauty before, because that'd make you an entire fairy tale in one person-sized package. Weapon Damage +30

Human-Slime Hybrid

You're a hybrid of a normal human being and a total slimeball. I mean, you may have metaphorically been both of those things before you drank the gene potion, but now it's a little more literal. What I mean to say is, you're leaving a trail of slime everywhere you go, and it's pretty gross.

+20 Sleaze Damage +20 Damage to Sleaze Spells

Plant was like Slime, but for Cold. I didn't get the message for that one.

Human-Human Hybrid (comes from dude type)

You're more human than human. Human + human = 10x (human). Who knew? Muscle +10 Mysticality +10 Moxie +10 +10% Item Drops from Monsters
