• So did trying to view the crane's description for a bit after its implementation, and trying to view the Pet Rock / Teddy Bear / Snowy Owl's descriptions for qhite a while after their implementations. It might just not be marked public yet.--Hogulus 09:59, 9 November 2006 (CST)

Speculation is all well and good, but has anyone actualy tried anything? I had a theory about combining the pollen guy with the Meat Golem or it's component pieces, but that didn't work--LegendaryBard 12:55, 10 November 2006 (CST).

• No.59 still hasn't been found, I see, and now there are two other gaps on the list... Hrm. I even rechecked the radio show, and they did said "new familiars" when talking about those manor improvements. I've tried several things there, but evidently nothing that many others haven't already tried; and can't say that I have many ideas left. On http://www.therye.org/familiars/, there is a familiar called "bruno" which looks like a robot/vending machine that isn't listed on the familiar page. Could this be #59? --Grimdel 21:42, 14 November 2006 (PDT).

  • All of the other familiars on that page have images that can be found on images.kingdomofloathing.com/itemimages; this "bruno.gif" gives a 404, leading me to believe that it's either fake or it was only leaked for a brief moment (from a dev's terrarium, perhaps) before being pulled. --Quietust (t|c) 11:38, 15 November 2006 (CST)

potential new familiars

From the october 30th radio show:

"Jick spindled the 96th through 99th familiars today. The December IotM familiar gets to be 100, unless something else beats it. Something else will probably beat it."

83-88 are rumored to be part of the Nemesis Quest revamp, whenever it goes live. 107-108 are liable to come out in a month or so in some content vector or something related to underseas.--Toffile 16:15, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

Familiars 125-133

Since we pretty much know that this big gap in the familiars are for the unobtainable April Fools Familiars from 2010 (Bank Piggy, Worm Doctor, Plastic Grocery Bag ect) Are we ever going to get around to putting them in their respective slots? --Darkwolf 01:10, 26 April 2011 (UTC)

• I don't know how to figure out which slot is for which April Fool's familiar. Do you? Those familiars were only available randomly on the day, and now only randomly with a doppelshifter or tiny costume wardrobe. The Vampire Bird/Bat note now says: "The familiar messages make explicit reference to a beak, so this appears to be a typo, or a holdover from a prior implementation during testing. It is unknown, and likely cannot be determined, if this has also been fixed."
