After activating the 3.14 protocol, I missed the battery-powered drill drop with +571% item drop, so the base drop rate is <15%. I then got the drill to drop during 2 fights with +1051%, so either it's probably either a 10% drop (which I forced) or a 5% drop (which I rolled well for). The heavy-duty clipboard failed to drop during 1 of those 2 fights, so I'm guessing it's a 5% drop. --VinnyB (talk) 07:37, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
