A list of my lists:

Zone progression mechanics:
- Wanderers: delay = yes, 8-bit/H.Kitchen = yes, Desert = yes
- Changers: delay = yes, 8-bit/H.Kitchen = yes, Desert = no
- Chained fights: delay = yes, 8-bit/H.Kitchen = no, Desert = no
Tricking mafia into thinking rollover hasn't happened:
- Copy USERNAME_prefs.txt from the settings file to, say, desktop
- Let rollover happen
- Log on in mafia, then log off and close mafia
- Open the newly-updated USERNAME_prefs.txt in the settings file, find the
lastCounterDay = NUMBERline, copy the number, and close the file - Open the desktop copy you backed up, find its lastCounterDay, overwrite that number with the copied one, and save and close the file
- Move the desktop copy back into the settings file, overwriting the other
- Restart mafia, and manually adjust variables moving forward as necessary
