Potentially Suitable Items
- The glowing red eye does nothing. Some ideas of what else to try: glowing esca, star equipment, Autonomous Disco Ball, He-Boulder, Little box of fireworks, night-vision goggles... --Octagon8 22:30, 13 July 2012 (CEST)

Here's a list of things I tried that don't give a message or option in special ops. Equipment was equipped, items were in inventory, effects were active.
- glow-in-the-dark wristwatch
- glow-in-the-dark dart gun
- inexplicably glowing rock
- makeshift turban
- flaming gravy fairy
- healthy green glow
- bright!
- glowing red eye
- shiny butcherknife
- chrome crossbow
- x-ray vision
- night vision goggles
- little box of fireworks (including firing a roman candle in combat)
Things I wasn't able to try:
- glowing esca
- glow-in-the-dark stuffed burrowgrub (with other glow items)
- flashing novelty button
- glowstick on a string
- star buckler (with other star items)
- jill o'lantern w/ 100 watt bulb
