We may need to recompute the damage. I just noticed this tonight, with 327 Myst, Staff of the Deepest Freeze, Enchanted fire extinguisher, crusty hula hoop, Spirit of Cayenne (ha), and of course the buckle, all on the Festival of Jarlsberg and casting Stuffed Mortar Shell.

Against a P Imp: 727 cold from the cast, 146 cold reflection. About 20%, give or take. Against a War Hippy Baker: 1,404 cold from the spell, 562 reflection. About 40%.

This seems to arbitrarily change between 10% and 20% of the spell's damage for me - not from combat to combat, but as days go by I've noticed it's not consistent. Tried with Pastamancer and Sauceror spells against different enemies, elements, land, sea, etc. It's 10% today. Whack (talk) 03:06, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
