- it's an avatar potion effect from the Monster Manuel. it changes the picture on your public profile page (mostly) and does nothing else. it does count towards any totals of effects you might need, for example for purity tests or bizarre edge cases. --Evilkolbot (talk) 09:34, 14 June 2024 (UTC)
