Talk:Staff of Queso Escusado
I think the equation for how much damage is done when "jiggling" the staff is incorrect - it is reported as "(X - 10) - (X + 10)" where X is the number of turns the staff has been used.
Using simple algebra, this translates to the spell doing negative 20 damage (default 1), regardless of how long it is used. Can this be right? --Zorkman 20:32, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- Maybe it was supposed to be (x-10) to (x+10)? ДҖ--Finalheaven63talk 20:36, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- I was just about to say that! --Starguy 20:39, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- Fixed.--Ephinia 03:51, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
- Is the lower range really X-10? Shouldn't that be min(X-10, 0)? --Bale 21:58, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
Removed note--disputed
Removed the following note:
- Adventuring with multiple stinky items equipped still only increases the 'stinky' counter by 1 per adventure.

Interaction with cookbook?
I thought I heard Jick mention on one of his radio shows that this had an interaction with Käsesoßesturm. Anyone have anything on that? SoItBegins 18:07, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- The +20 stench spell damage on the staff is the interaction. Unfortunately, Käsesoßesturm is just a stinky saucestorm, so bonus spell damage caps out at +15, any more is useless. So for a Sauceror using the skill with this staff, they've probably got Intrinsic Spiciness already permed (who would perm Käsesoßesturm before Intrinsic, seriously?) So the staff doesn't really do much at all to that spell, especially if the person is running any other +spell damage. --RoyalTonberry 18:46, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
References
Is a direct translation from a foreign language really a reference? Not a big deal, but I think it was just fine in the notes section.--P4n1q 22:15, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
