- I favour this approach over anything else. It's simplistic and condensed. In the recipe for the pixel shield, we don't bother to point out that you could craft 30 reds, 30 greens, and 30 blues to make the 10 whites. In a similar vein, I don't think we need to illustrate every single possible step for a chefstaff's ingredients.
- Consider this: A person who sees the page for the Staff of the Grease Trap currently has to go to Rodoric's page to find the recipe, and then, if they're curious about sleazy hi mein, or the giant cheesestick, must click that link to find the recipe. By introducing the above recipe table, this removes one click, looks good on a page, and is as useful as can be without being utterly absurd. The only way to remove all clicks altogether would be to use one of these other templates, which are good efforts, I must admit, but are entirely too ungainly to actually put on pages. The above table, I believe, is the optimal solution. --Southwest 22:46, 8 September 2007 (CDT)
Nobody can have access to the Wok and the Malus at the same time, so having the *entire* recipe is sort of a red herring. It looks cool to see so many skills for one item, but I wonder if just "See Rodoric" would end up being more useful. --Jonrock 18:56, 6 July 2007 (CDT)
