Thrall Unit Tactics

You've learned to work in perfect concert with your pasta thralls -- letting them take the brunt of every attack, ordering them into dangerous situations in your stead, generally insulting and demeaning them. But good news -- now you can give something back, by constantly draining a portion of their life force and using it to make your spells cheaper!
Decreases the MP cost of your pasta spells when you have an active pasta thrall

Notes
- Reduces damaging pasta spell MP costs by 50%.
- Does not reduce cost of Entangling Noodles or Lasagna Bandages.
- Stacks with -MP to cast spells items, and applies its bonus first. E.g., Cannelloni Cannon has a base cost of 8 MP. With Thrall Unit Tactics and a Brimstone Bracelet, the cost is reduced to 1 MP (50% of 8 = 4, 4 - 3 = 1).
