History
Prior to the Pastamancer revamp on November 14, 2013, this item was used to establish a connection with Boba Fettucini, a Pasta Guardian. It gave the following messages when used:

| You hold the spasmodically-twitching finger up to your eyes, and concentrate on it... expanding your senses... opening your mind...
"pew pew pew!" it says. "What?" "shoot shoot shoot! zap zap zap! kill kill kill! pew pew pew!" Huh. It looks like, whoever's finger this was, his killing instincts focused and possessed his trigger-finger when he died, giving it a sort of murderous semi-sentience. You've heard of this happening now and again -- a single severed bodypart clinging to its original purpose, fighting to maintain a solitary existence after the death of the entire person. Because of this tenacity, it's usually referred to as a "body-badger", or "boba" for short. "pew pew pew!" It could come in handy, actually, if you ever need something killed. Which, now that you think about it, is pretty much all of the time. You'll need to provide it with a body, but a basic form conjured from noodles should be sufficient. Linguine, or fettuccini, or something. "shoot shoot shoot! pew pew pew!" Concentrating on the finger, you mentally attune yourself to it, carefully pulling the boba spirit from its physical shell and preparing it for later summoning. You decide to name it <Name>. "pew pew pew!" |
